Hi, this is Karim, the founder of Gate to Surf. For your convenience, the guide is divided into sections so that you can quickly and conveniently find what you need.
There are 5 sections in total:
1 - General information about the region. Here you will find everything you need to know before traveling to Biarritz.
2 - Surf spot information. In surf regions like Biarritz there are hundreds of spots, together with local surfers we have made a selection of the best spots, divided by level and surf time. You're sure to find something to suit you.
3 - Surf rentals. Many surf rentals have not yet digitalized their business, so it can be difficult to find a good rental with nice prices. That's why we found them for you. Find the nearest trusted surf rentals and go surfing.
4 - Restaurants and Cafes. We have made a selection of cool and tasty places for different wallets and in different locations, so that in any part of the city you can find something suitable nearby.
5 - Entertainment Beyond Surfing. Biarritz is not only about surfing, but also about the rich culture, especially the ocean is not predictable and the waves are not always. In such cases, you can always find something to do and somewhere to go during a break from surfing.
