Translating to "Seven Waves," Ombak Tujuh is the area's big-wave spot capable of holding swells up to 20ft (7m). A coral ledge protrudes into deep water, forcing waves to jack up suddenly and create elevator drops right by the cliffs. Only for experienced surfers on solid swells. The name comes from local legend about sets of seven waves rolling in from the Indian Ocean.
